We provide private in-home support services for individuals in need of assistance with their activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
We will create a unique manner of care by offering innovative care following the best practices that exceed minimum requirements and regulations.
Our delivery of care administration of our program to our clients, nurses and caregivers will be to have them respected and appreciated, just like family.
We provide personal care for the clients as needed and but not limited to:
- Bathing and grooming
- Oral hygiene
- Shaving and hair care
- Toileting (bedpan, urinal and commode)
- Ambulating and wheelchair assistance
- Transfer between bed and chair
- Repositioning bed-bound patients to help prevent bed sores and skin breakdown
- Assistance with active range-of-motion activities as needed
- All tasks of companionship as appropriate and needed (based on physician orders and age group).
We provide level three care, including skilled nursing care for 1-G-Tube Feeding, 2-Trach Care 3-Ventilator, 4-Wound Care, 5-IVs.
Skilled Nursing Services are administered and or supervised by a registered nurses (RN) or licensed practical nurses (LPN). Our skilled nursing staff includes nurses who have experience rendering care and services to persons requiring Level-3 care in their own home.
These and all services follow a plan of care that is included as part of the services, as well as medication set-up and administration.
